It’s National Cookie Day!

Today is National Cookie Day, but I’ve been celebrating most of this week munching on the treats I recently bought from Insomnia Cookies.

They supplied the treats for our Cookie Break. Blogger Artney Walker of My Pretty Brown Fit attended the conference and liked the cookies so much she wrote an entire blog post about them!

So what’s so special about these cookies? I’m convinced they’re baked with magic! They’re SO SOFT, yet still crispy. And they’re still good even when they’re two or three days old. How is that even possible?! How do they do that?! (Probably with an ungodly amount of butter, but let’s not think about that.)

I want to come up with a business idea as unique as late-night cookie delivery and I want to write blog posts and host events that are so good they have people wondering “How does she do that?” Perhaps eating more Insomnia Cookies will help me do just that, or at least that’s the excuse I’ll use as I keep stuffing my face!
