Every website needs a Frequently Asked Questions page. An FAQ page will keep you from answering the same questions over and over and can be a great place to get new blog readers oriented.
Today I want to share answers to some of the questions I’m often asked and give you the opportunity to ask more. Next month I plan to use this post and any questions you leave in the comments to create an FAQ page for SeeJaneWrite.net.
Who is Jane?
I am and so are you. The name “See Jane Write” is a play on the old Dick and Jane children’s books (think, “See Jane run) but “Jane” now means much more. I call the women of my tribe and See Jane Write members “my Janes” which is another way of saying my sisters or my fellow goddesses. And a “Jane” is any woman who wants to write and live a life worth writing about, a woman who is determined to be the author of her own life.
I want to start a blog. How do I begin?

How do you find the time to do all the things that you do?
I get asked that question A LOT. And it’s true, I do a lot. I’m a blogger, teacher, freelance writer, and entrepreneur and I have a husband who would actually like to see me sometimes. Click here for my free time management and productivity guide.
What kind of planner do you use?
I live by my Day Designer. Seriously. If I leave home without, I will turn my car around to retrieve it, even at the risk of being late for work. Read all about why I love the Day Designer here. If you’re ready to buy one of your own, you can do so here.
Who designed your website?
I did! Well, sort of. I simply customized a WordPress theme I bought from Bluchic.com. Don’t miss out on the Bluchic Black Friday sale. Get 40% off any of Bluchic’s WordPress themes by using the code CYBERBC. The offer will be live from 12:01am EST on Friday, November 25 until 11:59pm EST on Monday, November 28. You can browse Bluchic themes here.
OK, this has nothing to do with writing or blogging, but what products do you use on your hair?
I am a bit of a product junkie so I’ve used nearly every natural hair product ever created. Some of my current favorites include:
SheaMoisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Curl Style Milk
Garnier Fructis Triple Nutrition Curl Nourish Butter Cream
Miss Jessie’s Quick Curls, Pillow Soft Curls, and Leave-In Condish
