How to Build Buzz for Your Blog, Book, or Brand

The book and Chanda’s public relations campaign earned a national book award and two public relations campaign awards. The book is now available in 11 locations, including Books-A-Million, Barnes and Noble and amazon.com.  Prior to going into public relations in 2012, Chanda worked as a reporter for 19 years. Chanda has received numerous awards and recognition for her writing  and community work. In 2014, Birmingham Magazine selected her as “One of 20 Women Who Make a Difference” for her work in the community and on the job. In 2013, she received a Distinguished Leadership Award for Excellence in Communications.  In 2012, Southeast Small Business Magazine named her one of Birmingham’s 40 Women of Influence. In 2011, the Metro Birmingham NAACP recognized her for her extensive work as a journalist, the Society of Professional Journalists selected her as a fellow for its diversity leadership program and “Who’s Who in Black Alabama” selected her for her work as a journalist.
